INTERIOR:
Great Room: Airy and bright, the cathedral ceiling with pickled beams adds to the feeling of space while the eyes are drawn to the beautiful sea view visible through the large folding doors.
The corner kitchen is fully equipped with plenty of counter space and a large breakfast bar. The adjacent pantry provides ample shelving for storage.
At the opposite side is the dining area for whenever the weather doesn’t permit outdoor dining. A powder room completes the layout.
The center of the room is occupied by handmade Nevisian mahogany couch and chairs, ideal for enjoying the stunning views.

The four bathrooms are beautifully appointed and much larger than usually found.

Life in the Caribbean implies enjoying the outdoor and the surrounding beauty; the covered porch on the same level as the pool and pool deck provide additional sitting and dining areas. Perfect to see the rising sun, sip a cocktail in the early evening and star gaze at night after an al fresco diner.
The pool has an infinity edge and is ideal for a cooling dip after a trip to the beach. The deck is a great observatory for the troops of Vervet monkeys feasting on mangoes and other tropical delicacies to be found in the garden.
Planted with many fruit and palm trees, the grassy yard is fenced and attracts the colorful hummingbirds who flit in and out of the flowering bushes. With its different shades of green and splashes of colors, the garden is the perfect background to the villa not to forget the majestic peak rising to the north.
