The responsibility of advertising your home and sourcing renters falls entirely on us. In addition to this, we will ensure any renters accessing your home are offered the highest quality service. We can:

supervise housekeepers, gardeners and pool maintenance staff

carry out regular, bi-monthly inspections of your property

supervise any outside contractors for major and minor works

book arrival/departure transfers and offer a full concierge service

arrange car rental pickup and drop off

meet and greet guests

stock the home with provisions

Furthermore, we will organise payment of all bills, salaries and taxes, with the profits of the rental being deposited into your account on a monthly basis along with a full report of expenditures.

To ensure the highest standards in all our rental properties, we carry out regular maintenance checks – while also offering suggestions for improvements and upgrades. Prior to any significant outlay we will of course contact you directly and obtain approval; the only circumstances under which we would carry out works without prior consent is if there is an emergency and expenditure is necessary to protect the property from damage. or to prevent injury or loss of life.

Our offices are open daily and we will be in communication with you as much or as little as you like. Our monthly report offers you detailed insights into expenditures and recommendations, and our expectations will only ever be in alignment with yours.
