GREAT ROOM (35’x20’)
The Great Room is large and airy with a wonderful cathedral ceiling - it features two sets of double French doors onto the verandah and a further set onto the pool deck.
It is furnished with a seating area and indoor dining - several ceiling fans keep this room cool and breezy and it’s the ideal setting for catching up on those movies or favourite shows on TV.
KITCHEN
The open plan kitchen is fully fitted with cream cupboards, dark grey counter top and includes American Style Fridge/Freezer, Gas cooker with extractor hood, dishwasher, double sink, microwave and is fully stocked with flatware, tableware, glassware, cooking utensils and pans.
MASTER BEDROOM/EN SUITE
The Master bedroom has double French doors which open onto the pool deck which affords far reaching views over the sea to St Kitts.
It is furnished with a queen sized bed, A/C, Ceiling Fan and benefits from a large walk in closet and ensuite bathroom with bathtub.
GUEST BEDROOM 1/ENSUITE
The 1st guest bedroom is on the main, opposite side to the master to afford maximum privacy. This lovely bedroom is furnished with a queen sized bed, A/C, ceiling fan and built in wardrobes with ensuite shower room.
GUEST BEDROOM 2 /ENSUITE
The 2nd guest bedroom is downstairs and very private with independent access on both sides - French doors open out on to the pretty garden and it can also be accessed via the back stairs that lead down from the kitchen.
A lovely garden hideaway comfortably furnished with a queen size bed, A/C, ceding fan, TV and ensuite shower room.
VERANDAH/POOL DECK (21’x20’)
This lovely wide verandah is where you will spend all your time - fully screened and furnished for relaxing and dining, its the perfect spot to while several hours with a good book while taking in the wonderful and ever changing vista.
It opens on to the pool deck where you can set up the BBQ and get grilling!
