While staying in hotels is fantastic – and Nevis does have some truly wonderful hotels to choose from, many created from the buildings of former plantations – you can really get to know a place if you choose to rent a villa for your vacation instead. You can be as involved as you like in island life: hire a car or use the taxi services; go to the supermarkets or hop from restaurant to restaurant; stay by your private pool or hang out on the beach. Vacation rentals give you more options to choose from and, being more private than hotels, can be the perfect play for a family reunion or retreat with close friends.

Starting close to the shores on Nevis, we can suggest The Beach House.
