Stardust – the villa that is a sprinkle of magic on a tropical island. Caribbean design will always be about blending space and light with gentle breezes and a feeling of freedom, and Stardust exudes all of these classic hallmarks.
A family living space with a reaching, vaulted ceiling leads onto the wraparound verandah that in turn flows out to a pool, palm trees, and undisturbed views towards the green flash sunsets. Secluded without being isolated, Stardust offers privacy and peace in a modern villa that nods to traditional stylings with its gingerbread trim and bright splashes of colour.
With three ensuite bedrooms that all lead onto the verandah, Stardust is ideal for groups of friends or families looking for their own private setting before coming together on the pool deck for sunshine and sundowners.
Stardust has mature gardens bursting with bright bougainvillea and rustling palms, so those impatient to discover their perfect Caribbean idyll will find it ready and waiting. The villa comes complete with everything from dishwasher and ice-maker to sunloungers: a perfect day of traditional Nevisian 'liming' is staged, ready for the popping of a cork and the splashing of the pool.

Bedrooms Types : Queen
All bedrooms are ensuite with large double doors that lead onto the verandas. The bedrooms are equipped with split air condition units and ceiling fans.

The laundry room is easily accessible from the front veranda and is fitted with a washer and dryer.

The rules of interior Caribbean design are simple: everything should say easy, breezy and light. With an open plan design and tasteful decorations, Stardust delivers just that.
Other Information
Cancellation Policy: Nevis Style Realty must receive notice of any villa cancellation in writing by fax or email.
Low/Mid Season:
- A cancellation fee of 15% of the total rental value will be charged on all cancellations occurring 60 days or more prior to scheduled arrival date.
- Forfeiture of all funds paid will result in cancellation made less than 60 days prior to scheduled arrival date.
High Season:
- A cancellation fee of 15% of the total rental value will be charged on all cancellations occurring 90 days or more prior to scheduled arrival date.
- Forfeiture of all funds paid will result in cancellation made less than 90 days prior to scheduled arrival date.
Thanksgiving/Festive:
- Forfeiture of all funds paid will result in cancellation of reservations made during the above periods.
There will be no refunds granted for no shows, late arrivals or premature departures, reduction in number of persons in your group. Subletting to another party is not permitted. Please send your payments in on time to avoid cancellation of your reservation.
