A few foreigners have set up practice in the Federation and have built a very good reputation. SURVEYORS (VALUATION)
A valuation of the property purchased is compulsory when financing from a lending institution is required. Banks have their approved surveyors who will have to be used. These individuals are accredited and available for private valuations. In general, 0, 02% of the valued property is the fee charged.
