This corner unit is bright and airy due to multiple windows and doors as well as a contemporary, modern décor. Totaling 1200 square feet of living space, the spacious apartment provides all the necessary comforts and amenities for the perfect vacation or a long term stay.
Living area/Kitchen: Open plan concept with a fitted kitchen equipped with stainless steel appliances and marble countertops. The island provides additional sitting with a breakfast counter.
A dining area and sitting area complete the living room.
The washing machine and dryer are tucked away in a cupboard with the possibility of adding another built-in closet for linens. There is also a very large walk-in closet with a fitted safe.
Master Bedroom: Comfortable room with a queen-size bed. Large sliding doors brings in plenty of lights and a veranda provides a nice sitting space.
Guest Bedroom: Slightly smaller than the master, it is also furnished with a queen-size bed.
Bathrooms: Both bathrooms are similarly equipped with a shower, single vanity and toilet.
Exterior
The unit has an hexagonal shape outdoor dining area where 4 people can easily fit and a balcony wide enough to sit and enjoy the surroundings. One of the swimming pools is 10 feet away from the apartment. Car park spaces are not assigned to the units but are available immediately by Unit 2A.
