The cottage sits towards the back of a large lot (three quarters of an acre) with amazing views towards the East, with Redonda and Montserrat situated at the centre of your view on the horizon. Since there is so much land available with fabulous views, this site lends itself well to the possibility of constructing a ‘main house’ whilst being able to live in the cottage. Or build another small cottage, or two, for visiting guests with everyone retaining their privacy.

A recent improvement has been the addition of 8" lap board on the exterior walls. Sood to be added are Panoramah pivot aluminum glass doors that are catagory 4 hurricane certifide and halve a 5 point locking system.
