There are multiple routes to citizenship of St Kitts and Nevis but one of the most popular options is citizenship by investment. The government has recently extended this scheme to include privately owned homes (structures only) over the value of US$400,000 - meaning the options are now greater than ever and, indeed, more appealing than ever.

Take Island Outpost on Sundance Ridge, St Kitts, for example. It’s an astonishing architectural feat, clinging to a sheer cliff face and braced against the trade winds that roll in off the Atlantic. This is contemporary living at its finest, with sweeping curves a feature both inside and outside.
