And leading out from the gym equipped with branded machines there is a separate dedicated yoga patio, perfect for early morning sun salutations. 

A thoughtful addition to this three bedroom, three-and-a-half bathroom house is an office space that has a separate external entrance, ideal for ensuring work and home life are kept apart; clients and associates will feel more comfortable in a strictly business environment. The open-plan kitchen, dining and lounge area is stylish without losing any functionality, the Cafe Series appliances of sleek brushed steel an integral part of the sophisticated design. 

The pool is invariably the focal point of any holiday home on Nevis, and from Blue Serenity's curved corner pool there are views across the ocean to a distant horizon – the perfect spot for daydreaming an afternoon away.

    Nevis Style Realty must receive notice of any villa cancellation in writing by fax or email.


    • A cancellation fee of 15% of the total rental value will be charged on all cancellations occurring 60 days or more prior to arrival date.
    • In Low Season cancellation less than 60 days prior to scheduled arrival date will result in forfeiture of all funds paid.
    • In Mid Season cancellation less than 75 days prior to scheduled arrival date will result in forfeiture of all funds paid.
    • In High Season cancellation less than 90 days prior to scheduled arrival date will result in forfeiture of all funds paid.
    • There will be no refunds for the holiday periods (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year and Easter)


    There will be no refunds granted for no shows, late arrivals or premature departures, reduction in number of persons in your group. Subletting to another party is not permitted. Please send your payments in on time to avoid cancellation of your reservation. 

    • The 50% rent balance plus a USD200.00 cleaning fee is due 30 days before occupancy 
    • A fully refundable cash Security Deposit of USD1,000.00 will be placed on hold via credit card on arrival and refunded on departure.

  • Arrival transfer by private taxi and speedboat is included in 1 week stay rates and both Arrival & Departure transfer in 2 week stay rates. 
  • A housekeeping service is included twice a week for each full week stay. This can be increased subject to notice at an extra cost per additional day 
  • We will help coordinate our guest visits ahead of arrival as well as be on call at all times to ensure that our guests get the best out of their time at Blue Serenity and on Nevis. 
  • Guest Services include: rental car booking or our unique private taxi driver service; fine wine purchase and put-away; private dining; sailing charters/guided mountain hikes/off-road bike tours; private rum tasting evening; private Personal Trainer & Yoga instructor sessions; in-villa Spa treatments; organising custom island experiences.

Our family very much enjoyed our week stay at Blue Serenity on Nevis. Outstanding location for views of the Atlantic Ocean, the Caribbean Sea and Saint Kitts, while still close to a local beach just down the hill. Helene and Wayne are fantastic to work with. They arranged our short transfers from the airport to Nevis and met us on arrival at the water taxi station.  They had our rental car waiting and drove us to the house to complete the paperwork! All of the grocery provisions we had requested were waiting there for us so that we could make cocktails and begin enjoying the pool and views immediately.  Great service!! The house is brand new with high-end amenities, a well-equipped kitchen, three separate private master suites (super soft sheets and towels and excellent A/C), and great indoor/outdoor spaces to congregate and entertain.  We used the wrap around expansive decks during the day as the sun moved across, starting in the morning with coffee overlooking the Atlantic Ocean view and concluding in the evening with amazing sunsets on the Caribbean side!! The workout room and office in the basement are a nice addition to keep in shape and in touch with business if needed (wi-fi connection was very good). Nevis is a fantastic Caribbean island to relax and enjoy. We took advantage of the nice restaurants on the island, including the Gin Trap, the Yachtsmen Grill, Sunshine, Turtle Time and Mangos at the Four Seasons. What a week! We enjoyed lounging by the pool with frozen rum drinks with an occasional jaunt to the local beach for beach time and a few water sports. We would definitely recommend and love to come back!!
