The Nevis Island Administration announced that the 10% Alien Land Holder License fee will be waived on applications approved before June 30, 2022. The waiver only applies to existing homes and not to raw land. Taking advantage of this limited time offer will save you a significant amount on your real estate purchase.

The administration also announced an exceptional package of concessions for those looking to start construction projects by the end of June 2022, with first-time homeowners and residents able to receive their building materials free of Customs Duty and Service Charge and those renovating existing homes able to enjoy the same benefits on materials over $30,000. The only qualifying rule? That 80% of workers employed must be citizens of St Kitts and Nevis. Since there is no need for those applying for Citizenship by Investment to be on-island, it is more than feasible to purchase property through Nevis Style Realty and hand our island affiliate the reins to start your renovation by the end of March 2021 in order to qualify for these construction project discounts.
