Kitchen: White cabinetry with golden hardware, marble countertops with a large island sitting four people. The light brown leather stools contrast with the dominant color. The LG washer and dryer are discreetly stored in a tall kitchen cabinet. All kitchen appliances are GE brand. Playful monkeys hanging from ropes provide fun lighting and are a most appropriate touch for an island bursting with these cute characters.

Living area: A large sectional couch in light gray leather acts as a comfortable lounging area to watch movies played from the hanging projector.

Dining area: Another beautiful natural leather couch on one side of the dining table, faces the green gardens and the Caribbean Sea. A wooden sideboard displays gorgeous chinaware.

Office: Good-sized office with wall to wall sliding doors and privacy blinds, it could be used as additional accommodation.

The powder room completes the main floor which totals about 1,000 square feet of living space.

SECOND FLOOR: The second level is accessed by an internal wooden staircase that gets to a landing where the two bedrooms are.

Master suite: The master bedroom has the prime spot with a large room, furnished with a king size wooden bed, matching bedside tables and a chest of drawers. The best views of the entire apartment are from the enclosed balcony where two swinging macrame chairs hang from the ceiling inviting you to relax. Walk in closet.

The master bathroom is tiled from floor to ceiling and has marble flooring. A double vanity with cabinetry in peppermint green creates a burst of color while black accessories finish the polished look.

Guest bedroom: Across the hallway is the guest bedroom. Simply and tastefully decorated, it is a welcoming and comfortable room with several built-in closets.
