Returning in 2003 to the scene of his childhood summers, Wayne left the Bollywood Film Industry for Charlestown. In the heart of the town he opened V's Courtyard before working for Coldwell Banker for a number of years. Nevis Style Realty was launched to bring something different to the island's real estate scene, offering high-end bespoke services to clients seeking their dream home, and foreign investors seeking valuable assets.
Born in France, Helene spent years in London and the Far East before travelling around the Caribbean and, twelve islands later, choosing Nevis as her home. In 2005 she started a furniture retail business on the island and the professional relationships she established with developers and individual home owners led naturally to a career in real estate. After a few years with Coldwell Banker, she moved to Nevis Style Realty where she is a partner and sales associate.
Pulmattie has worked for years in Guest Services and Administration at some of the finest hotels on the island, including Oualie Beach Resort, Montpelier Plantation Inn and Nisbet Plantation Beach Club. Originally from Guyana, Pulmattie grew up on Nevis and shares her love for the island with each and every guest she helps; she is in charge of our villa rentals and Property Management services.
